I am reviewing as a delivery driver working for Uber Eats, I have had several times rejected to be given orders from a member of Staff, to be precise a manager that she does night shifts at the store, she refused to tell me her name however she is short and blond. It has been several times I have been rejected an order at Mcdonald's Hening avenue in Ipswich. I believe either She is racially profiling me by the way she leaves and smiling and laughing about this with her colleagues or she is acting in a childish way because she is not fully grown up because she always refuses to hand me an order that I have to pick up making me and the customer wasting time and money and no wonder they are complaining about the food arriving late. Tonight I had enough I did record her. She is claiming that I have disrespected her somehow in the past, I have always, I am and always be treating anyone with respect, and I have never experienced anything like this before and I have been always patient at Mcdonalds as I do consider the effort the member of staff make in a very busy fast paced environment and showing this kind of consideration and compassion I even made friends and I have been welcomed with a smile and a quick chat at different Mcdonald's branches around Ipswich. She is the only one at this store that refuses to hand me any orders that I am supposed to deliver and everytime I ask for a valid reason she kept saying that she cannot give me any reasons apart from saying that I have been disrespect last night and the night she is referring to was a cold rainy night were I have been knocking the door and waiting outside for more than 35 min and she kept looking at me and laughing with her colleagues and when she opened the door I have simply said in a sarcastic way are the beeps in the kitchen made you deaf? And she got triggered fpr no reason and she refused to give me the order and she was claiming to be offended and got me out of the store in a very unprofessional manner and shut the door on my face then back to her colleagues laughting and smirking about what she done and she was acting like she was proud about what she has done. There must be something that must be done because I cannot let myself be treated this way by the only member of Staff that has refused to hand me orders to deliver to UBER EATS customers in since I have started to do this job. I will keep finding a way to end this non sense and I will even take legal actions if this will not stop and I will be filing complains to any department responsible in managing these types of incidents and I will also use Third parties professionals in these cases as I am having enough of this unprofessional childish behaviour. Also is it a legal requirement that ALL THE MEMBERS OF STAFF NEED TO HAVE A NAME BADGE SHOWING??? If any manager need evidence about what happened I can send a video recording in private as I am very considerate to not show her actions in a public review. Read moreRidiculous drive-thru at night. On multiple occasions ive had to wait an age for my food and not to mention when I did eventually get my food today it was cold. How can you make me wait in the drive thru for 30 mins only to serve me cold food. I come here quite often after 10pm and they never serve mcflurrys and the wait time 9/10 is over 15mins (usually around 20mins). It wasn't as if i could turn round and leave as there was such a que of cars behind me in the drive thru who were making thier frustration known by persistently beeping thier car horns. Despite living in Ipswich it is actually quicker for me to drive to the Felixstowe branch order there and still be home before I would otherwise be using this branch. You Really Need to up your game night shift as this is ridiculous. Im not sure if half the staff are asleep in there that time of night but there nevers seems to be any sense of urgency from the staff. Just to really rub the salt in (instead of putting it on the chips i believe because they were bland) i didnt even get an apology for the wait from neither the payment or the collection window on this particular occasion.
I'm rarely disappointed when I go in during the day time however at night it is a completely different story. Please review this mcdonalds and take the necessary steps to improve this...

Right, so let me give you a little bit of context, I was at Christchurch park with my son having a nice father son bonding session and he said, “Dad let’s go maccies init”, as he asked so politely I accepted so I decided to take him to ravenswood as I was up for the change and adventure. However (this is when it goes downhill), as we entered the restaurant I got a violent odour of manure from a fat lady sitting by the door, not the first thing you want when entering the restaurant (should I call it a restaurant?). As I entered the till I was welcome do by a young girl, I asked for a large chicken legend meal and a kids nugget happy meal but carrot sticks instead of fries as my son is a bit of a chubber. This was all fine as this girl handed us the receipt with number 69, this did make me chuckle. As we waited what felt like half an hour we received our meals but this manure odour had not left, instead it seemed to strengthen. We sat down and began to tuck into our meals when my son screamed that someone had pooed in his happy meal. So that was the manure smell! Why would someone replace a happy meal toy with a actual poo. After this we stormed out the restaurant and went home. We’ll probably come back soon anyway.
