Cafe at Number One — Restaurant in Kirklees

I've come here 3 Saturdays in as many weeks and always enjoyed the food.

Unfortunately on this trip I wanted to swap the tea that comes with the breakfast for a coffee.

Rather than charging me the extra £1 for the coffee the 2 gentleman preferred to argue with me and state if I want the coffee I pay full price. Common sense alterations should be doable and arguing with customers should be a last resort.

Sorry guys, your policy is wrong and WILL 100% lose you customers.
