FLAVAZ — Restaurant in Kirklees

Really disappointed with the service at this place. They have gotten my order wrong in the past but I have let it go but this time with the treatment I have had no choice but to put a review on this place. As it’s Ramadan I ordered food for all my family and spent over £170 and made sure I was there around 4:45pm, so had plenty of time to order the food for everyone. I also wrote it down to make it easy for them and they still managed to mess up my order. I specifically told one staff member not to sever me as he always gets my order wrong and guess what he was in charge to put my order together. This place is in dewsbury and I live in Huddersfield, so when I got home with my order I realised he had missed half my order out. I had to travel back to get them to give me my order and he had messed up and half of what I asked for. You can image how my family and myself must have felt whilst we all would have been fasting on top of this. Spoke to so many guys and they keep saying they will call me back but still havent heard anything from them. One of our favourite places in Dewsbury!

Amazing Parmesans, Pizzas and Burgers: the Asian Sensation is our go to pizza choice; the Parmesans are generous in portions (more for me, as the wife can never finish it off); and the Crispy Chicken burgers with homemade sauce are always spot on 👌- We always order and pick up, never risk deliveries as a general rule for all our eat outs 👍

Plenty of seating: nice layout and always clean; large windows so plenty of light and visibility of the local Ravensthorpe action 😅

Customer service always on point and polite: experienced fellas who know their food; happy to recommend what’s popular; they get very busy so sometimes you’ll get a very to the point service!

Prayer facilities check with management: for those inclined that way, make sure to schedule this in before / after your FLAVAZ experience; there are a few mosques nearby too

Average place. Sometimes the food will be nice other times will not be. One thing that I have noticed regularly here is that they are very bias. If English customers come here they will be welcomed and greeted, offered napkins and are spoken to very nicely but if Asian customers are here they are barely spoken to properly or barely given any service. You should treat all your customers in the same way.

They also have a tendency of keeping you waiting and sometimes even forget about you even if you've ordered beforehand on the phone. You'll be told 10-15 minutes and next thing you know you go in after 15 minutes and you're waiting another 15-20 minutes inside the shop. In total nearly 35 minutes from your order time just for one meal. I'm unsure if this is because they ignore your phone order or if they just leave you waiting in the shop even though your food is ready and is getting cold.
