I visited yesterday (March 10) between 1530 and 1600 whilst enjoying the vintage bus rides provided by the local museum and I was served by the lovely Tori. She came across very happy and helpful and when I placed my order of two (very hot!) sausage, bean and cheese melts. She promoted the meal deal which was the pasty and hot drink to which my selection was a hot chocolate with cream and sprinkles which she happily added (I didn't mind paying the extra little bit for that). There wasn't any moment where I felt under valued as her customer which I admire in anyone in such a role having been in a similar role for many years. Would happily come back again just for the lovely Yorkshire accent alone aswell as the excellent service. Please give this young lady...

She had a very very positive approach which i hardly see in people nowadays in places that deal with customers. Absolutely wonderful attitude. Sometimes you may have a problem with your food/product/services as we do NOT live in a perfect world but it’s ALL about how you rectify and deal with the issue that counts. Tori is one of those people that will just solve the issue and get on with other things, not just stare blank at your face and say “NO, CAN’T DO IT.” Keep up the positive vibes and don’t let anyone negative...
