First time I placed an order over the phone for collection the woman on the phone said I would get 20% off. On collection I went to pay and the bill didn’t include the 20% discount. I asked why the discount hadn’t been applied to the bill and she said that it was eat in only (yet she new it was a collection order when she told me I would get 20% off). So I was extremely annoyed about that. Gave them the benefit of doubt and order again another time. This time I order 2x lamb taco collected them and realised it was missing the birria sauce ( the most important ingredient used in any tacos if you ask me). They didn't inform me when I placed my order and still on collection there was no mention. So my tacos were dry and missing the main ingredient. Reached out to online support, who refused to do anything about it. Will definitely never order from there again. Don’t waste your time extremely over priced, staff don’t have a clue what they are doing ( run by very young people who are clueless)they lie and refuse to fix issues...

We ordered food this evening, had to call after an hour to check on our order as we had not heard anything since confirmation. Once our order arrived, every single part of a £50 order was wrong. We ordered quesedilla and did not receive it, just four plain wraps! We ordered nachos with chicken tinga, it was missing cheese and had no chicken. We ordered a large loaded tots and received a regular loaded fries. By the time the food arrived it was cold. I feel for the staff working as they have always been lovely, but this is not good enough... especially considering the price. Read morePlaced an order via Uber eats to Grange Moor (10 mins drive). Had to chase the order 01 hr 30 mins later as never arrived. Was told they’d referred my order to Morley (30 mins drive) as apparently it was closer. I said this was not the case and they just said: “Oh well, well we don’t have the food you want anyway.” I asked how long the Morley delivery would be and they said the driver wouldn’t be able to pick it up for another 20 mins. So that would add another hour on to the waiting, so I requested to cancel. They said that would be fine, but when they cancelled the order on Uber Eats, they marked it as food already started so I don’t get my refund. Appalling attitude and service; they didn’t want to help on the phone in any way and I’m £20 down...
