Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kirklees

I visited Pizza Hut in Heckmondwike with my friends, and as someone from Bradford, I have high expectations regarding food. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service. The pizza was outstanding, featuring generous, fresh toppings that complemented each other perfectly. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals; they were truly delicious. My husband loves pepperoni pizza. I took one home and decorated it with candles for his birthday, and he LOVED IT!! The customer service was handled by a young woman named Mina, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. She was welcoming, attentive, and helpful, regularly checking in on us without being intrusive. Her friendly demeanour greatly enhanced our experience and made me feel valued as a customer. We got a pizza delivered last Saturday. We both had diarrhoea and horrendous stomach cramps within half an hour of eating the pizza. Mine lasted 24 hours my partners a little longer. This is the only thing we had both eaten the same, which brings us to the conclusion the pizza was contaminated somehow. Obviously we complained to the branch, was passed onto pizza huts customer service, who were shocking. A half arsed apology how it couldn't have possibly been pizza huts fault, as apparently they checked the records of temperatures of the ovens and samples. I absolutely don’t recommend. I made an order recently one for 1pm, the other one for 4pm. When I called them 1pm the lady, not even asking for my orders numbers, told me there aren’t any orders. I asked to check and make sure as I was going to work and I wanted my kids to have some food when they’re back from school. She kept insisting there aren’t any orders. Then 5pm, both the orders came. I’ve ordered from somewhere else so basically just wasted money. And even the pizzas that came were different sizes that I’ve ordered. The customers service very unhelpful and mean.
