Very nice vegetarian restaurant. Nice decor and pleasant service. Dogs are allowed inside. We really liked the food (gyros and shawarma) and that comes from people who aren't vegetarians. Coffee was great and so was the cheesecake. There's a parking close to the cafe, but it's rather small and the road surface is bad. You could park further down/up, along Manchester Road as we did. Edit: on 27th of July 2024 the place was busy. Parking was an issue, luckily we got a table but the space was cramped. Service pleasant as always but it took a long time to be served. The food was good apart from the shawarma being somewhat out of balance. It had way too salty seitan and not enough tzatziki. Great coffee!

Wild cafe is a great place to eat, drink and hang out at. Even more so if you have a little one, or a dog, or both! The staff are so polite, the food is as colourful as it comes and the play area had my little one enchanted for well over an hour. The surroundings are hidden away in the most idyllic little setting & the cakes are top tier! It's something that's just a little bit different to everything else around. It's also made for people who are vegan, vegetarian or have any kind of food allergy. Not to mention you can park up at either Slaithwaite or Marsden and walk along the canal towards it. Would definitley recommend.

This place is very special. Apart from a cafe, it has 3 spas, rooms to let, a shop with beautiful ceramics, 2nd hand clothes and accessories. It is right outside the village, but feels like in the middle of nowhere as it's so well mingled into the surrounding absolutely gorgeous nature. A very romantic place. The cafe itself is homey and has good vegen and vegetarian food. I really liked my goat cheese, apple and walnut salad bowl, as well as the citrus tart I had for dessert. My husband liked his goat cheese sandwich and enjoyed very much his brownie.

We have just returned from a most fantastic, exciting, afternoon adventure at The Wild Cafe! What a great place to enjoy a relaxed, healthy variety and wonderful explosions of tastes!!! The venue is amazing, with a glorious calmness of atmosphere and views to rest your eyes on! The choice of seating is varied but lovely in every way- comfortable and relaxed! Staff- we felt as if we had known them forever and their advice was extensive, honest and very welcome! We were all thrilled with the variety on offer and our choices of tasty, well presented plates, full of flavour and new experiences were a delight ! We were entertaining my cousin from South Africa and she was blown away with every aspect of this venue! She is hoping to return before she leaves for home! We were fortunate to eat in The Tree House and catch up with all her news in such a super comfortable setting! Thank you all, for a memorable afternoon, especially Ali for making us...

I visited for the first time with my daughter on the 1st April for lunch. A pretty tricky place to find and we missed the turning but once we eventually found it we weren't disappointed. A quirky little oasis with a lovely vibe. All the staff were inviting, friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. We'd booked the teepee. I'd expected a cloth tent outside shared with other people but to my surprise it was a cosy wooden indoor structure just for us! A bit like of you were sat inside Aladdin's lamp! We ordered some very tasty berry cocktails, I had a loaded humus nourish bowl (very generous) and my daughter the goats cheese, honey and apple sourdough (not so). The food was totally fresh and delicious. We were well looked after throughout our visit and if we are ever in the Marsden area again we wouldn't hesitate to pay...

What can you expect when you visit Wild Cafe? Well me and my other half have visted countless times and we can confirm the experience you can expect you will consistently recieve. It's an experience of the highest quality, unbelievably delicious, almost to beautiful to eat food. It's an experience of the most exceptional customer service, the team here are an absolute delight and we look forward to seeing them on every visit. It's an experience of a tranquil, refreshing, mood enhancing atmosphere and environment. And from experience I can strongly recommend asking for a piece of thier fruit loaf to take home and enjoy the next day for breakfast... just so you can keep the experience going after you have left. You won't be...
