We booked a table last night for 6 adults and a 6 month old baby. From the second we arrived they asked did we want a high chair but then complained there was no room for it to be at the table. We were then rushed to order our food by a waiter with a bad attitude. Then all 6 of us ended up eating our cold starters separately after waiting around 45 minutes for the first one to arrive. My plate had sauce on it from a previous order which clearly proves the plate hadn’t been washed properly!! We all finished our starters and had been staring at empty plates for another 40 minutes. We were then asked by another rude waitress if we were would like more drinks to which we replied can we ask how long the main courses will be please? To which she responded with a bad attitude and told us she had been waiting for us to finish our starters!! At this point I was feeding my 6 month old son and she very aggressively starting collecting plates leaning over my sons face!! I then spoke to the manager about the poor service and attitude from the staff, and was again approached by the same aggressive waitress shouting in my face. She then stormed out of the restaurant and as we were leaving she was smoking a vape at the side of the building and past another comment under her breath! Tried a takeaway from here for the first time through a friend recommending it, and I was not dissspointed! This is the tastiest most authentic Chinese I have had for years! Even the chips are the best, been searching for a place like this for ages! It is more pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Delivery was in good time (half an hour early infact) and everything packaged well and hot. We all thoroughly enjoyed it though and will definitely be ordering again in the future! Thank you! Ordered from this wonderful restaurant again tonight and the service is impeccable. I made a big mistake on my order that wasn't realised until the food had already been prepared and the restaurant went above and beyond to correct this for me. If I could give it 0 stars I would! We went as a family of 6x and a 6month infant booked a table for 18:30, it was a bad vibe from the start they didn’t seem happy that we all wasn’t ordering the banquet the attitude was poor they wasn’t accommodating over the infant. We then hadn’t had our mains after 1hr 30mins when we raised this the lady had a very very bad attitude and argued with us so much so the young manager apologised for her behaviour and ordered her to calm down! At this point the night was ruined and we decided to leave the meals that we had ordered, the manager apologised again for her actions upon leaving the restaurant she was at the side smoking her vape not without making further comments.

They lost themselves alot of money tonight and custom in the future we will not be returning...
