Sweet & sugar — Restaurant in Knowsley

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered my food through uber eats at 10pm and at 12am we still hadn't received the food. I was disgusted that we had to wait over 2 hours for our order. I called the place an hour after we put in our order and they said that they are still preparing the food as they are busy but will send it out in 10 mins. 40 mins later and still nothing so I called again and they said the order has left and on its way. A couple of mins after that one of thier drivers (not an uber eats driver) called me to say he was outside, when I went out no one was there so I called him back and he realised the company had put my number on someone else's order that he had, we then waited another 15 mins with still nothing and the place was about to close so I called them again asking for a refund and they told me I have to go through uber eats for that. Uber eats have been so helpful and I received my refund. When the food did finally arrive it was completely wrong and cold and the milkshake has spilled out in the bag and went everywhere. Disgusting service and I will never waste my money or time...

Never received order after the restaurant approved the order, and then said it was on its way if you're going to lie and not deliver it i'd rather you just not accept the order so money doesn't get taken out of my account if i'm not going to even receive the food i ordered i've ordered so many times from this place (4-5 times) and it's been early twice late by about half an hour or more twice and hasn't turned up last time i ordered it this restaurant is so unreliable and sometimes they make up for it by delivering order really quickly and efficiently, but when they get it wrong they get it really wrong, i cannot believe the fact that they just DIDNT deliver my order at all after someone knowingly accepted and said it was on its way. It's not like I ordered when they were about to close, i checked and the restaurant is open until 00:00 every day and I ordered at 22:58, apparently on its way by 23:25 and i waited up until 00:40 for an order that they never even bothered to check by the sounds of it, obviously just taken the...

Ordered 2x brownies throught JustEat at around 9pm, 05.07.22 - expected delivery between 22.20-22.40. it got to around 23.20 and still no sign. When we checked, the app said "enjoy your food" as if it had been marked as delivered. We tried to call the restaurant and they didn't answer the phone calls. I requested my money back through JustEat and accepted it wasn't coming and got into bed. I then received a text from JustEat at 23.49 saying it would arrive at 00.00am so had to then get out of bed to wait for the driver. 00.15am it finally arrived, 3 hours since it was ordered. The delivery driver said there had been an issue with the order machine. Received a text this morning to say they won't provide the refund as the driver was stuck in heavy traffic which is why it was late. Bit of a difference in those 2 excuses so clearly a lie.. and not acceptable on a Tuesday night. I've since seen a few other reviews that state they never received their oders....
