Burger King — Restaurant in Leeds

We placed an order of over £30 to your store at Leeds Bradford airport. Our order went missing and the printed receipt came out attached to the wrong order number. We informed staff of this and we were told there was nothing they could do and if we wanted food we would have to pay again.

Staff checked the CCTV to check we had paid and accused us of taking another receipt as I had screwed one up in my pocket before we realised we had an issue.

My partner showed staff his bank account of the same amount and time on the receipt and they still said there was nothing they could do apart from tell us to complain online.

I have complained online and all I have received is a message telling us we would need to go back into the store which is not possible as it was at the airport.

I recently visited this Burger King and was blown away by the exceptional service I received from one of the employees named Marco. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.

As I was looking over the menu, Marco patiently answered all of my questions and offered helpful recommendations. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

I don't think I ever left a review when it comes to food, I was travelling yesterday on flight FR1503 to Gdansk, so me and my partner have decided to grab something to eat, so we came in to burger king tables were dirty, i guess it was close to close time when we ordered we sat down and after 5-10 mins we been asked to leave to another section of the airport sitting area which was not much of an issue fair enough, when the food came burger was cold and one of the fries portion was cold also, never mind handled that somehow, later during the flight approx 30 min after the food, me and my partner both experienced stomach aches trough-out the whole flight and both had bad diarrhoea continued until this morning so i guess food poisoning.
