I wasn't sure what I wanted to drink so a very friendly gentleman named Gui and his wonderful colleague Zarin recommended an iced latte. Very rude member of staff I asked twice for takeaway cups , when I was given pot dine in cups, I reminder her I Wanted takeaway she responded with can you hear with those headphones on poured my coffee in to takeaway cups then purposely put them at the other end be of the counter , with a very rude smile moved on to the other customer. First time at London and Leeds airport and certainly not the last thanks to Jez and Zarin at the Ritazza who were so helpful! I had a long wait and had to stay at most of the night to the airport.
