Greggs — Restaurant in Leeds

Been going into this LBA Greggs for about roughly a year now and I'm really disappointed to say this but one of the staff members who's a short bold Asian guy who goes by the name Ash I believe. Recently went in and asked for a free or large coffee as you get a free coffee after 9 purchases on the Greggs app. He responded in a really aggressive tone by saying your can only get a regular one which is understandable to me as I didn't know this information before. Then he started to shout out aggressively saying "YOU NEED TO READ THE APPS TERMS BEFORE YOU GET ANYTHING" in a really disrespectful tone of voice. I honestly felt so disgusted and hurt by his tone of voice and probably won't be going back anytime soon to this branch unless something is done about this shameless behaviour for this guy. 😡😤

I always come into this airport and always go to greggs for a quick bite to eat. But recently when I came back from a flight and I saw that greggs was open (spoiler alert: it was not) there was a worker cleaning and I asked if it was still open and he responded with "No! We're not just look around if anyone else is here!" Completely rude and unneeded; was just a misunderstanding on my part because I thought they were still serving,. I too work in food service and understand the annoyance of customers asking if you're open when you're cleaning for close, but it's unneeded to bring attitude and shout at a customer when they have no intention of conflict and was just asking a simple question. Obviously one staff member does not represent the whole team as I've been served by many other staff members and had great service. However the one worker's attitude was baffling and definitely needs some training on how to speak...

I work for the airport and I choose to try come to Greggs for my break most days, I have to say it is the worse Greggs I have ever been to. I understand the situation where they don’t cook fresh pasties if the pastie case is full but when the pasties are stone cold every day and charged more than a regular Greggs this is outrageous. Also has problems with service and the attendance of the person at front of house. Every time I seem to mention to the staff about the pasties being stone close they just say we’ll unfortunately we can’t make any more for about 30mins as we need to sell the other stuff in the pastie case, maybe try coming at a different time, so I did what the employee suggested and have come earlier and later times but over the past 3 weeks it has just been disgustingly cold like I bought it from the meal deal section out the fridge!! Disappointing...
