Cafe Blanco — Restaurant in Leeds

Previously regulars here and never had cause for complaint, however we visited a couple of weeks ago and the service was shocking. We sat ages waiting for someone to take our order, in the end I had to order at the counter. We had a simple order for 2 hot sandwiches and 1 cup of tea. 45 minutes later we still had no food, during this time 2 workmen came in (after us) and ordered a large breakfast each and they had finished their breakfast by the time we got up and walked out in disgust. A poor show for 2 regular customers who often put our change in the tips box. Came for breakfast today which was delicious.. definitely beat in the area, really nice coffee too.. Bit the reason for leaving the review was the level of service from the moment we walked in..
