Sisi Pizza — Restaurant in Leeds

Made an order turned up cold and wrong food the bill was £10.60 thought I would be generous and give him a £1.40 tip sent my boy to the door with £22.00 expecting a straight tenner back but only got £9 rang up and complained they wanted to sort out the wrong food next time (won't be one )they said they were gonna bring me another pizza out and 40 mins later it turned up cold so before the driver pulled off my street I rang them asking them to get him to take it back they said they would send me another after waiting an hour I rang sisi back they said the manager would not authorise another replacement pizza so after 2 and half hours I was left paying 13 quid for dinner meat and chips and a cold pizza that the dog hate apparently the manager is going to ring me back tommorow let's see if he does or not I doubt it very much

Guess what I received a text message from jackie the manager the following morning informing me I could ring or email her to make a complaint I wanted to speak to her so I rang both times it went to voice mail so I left a message no body as rang me back as yet (2 days later) I will keep trying and let everybody know how I get on

Guess what the manager jackie text me a couple of days later saying she was concerned about my complaint and then text back a couple of hours later saying that she found it unacceptable swearing at her staff the only trouble is that I don't swear (even though I should of really) I guess that it's poor managerial skills and just a way of dealing with customer complaints without actually doing anything

Food arrived cold and when called to complain was told the food was cold because "it is cold outside!" . They graciously offered a 10% discount on my next order, meaning I'd have to spend more money on cold food to be compensated. Only when I said this wasn't good enough was I offered a replacement that I'd probably have to wait another 45 minutes for! Good job I like airfried reheated food!! Retracted as even air fried this was barely edible!

UPDATED 6th Dec in reply to the diabolic response from the "owner"! It was NOT 20% offered, it was indeed 10% and I dont appreciate being called a liar. The fact I hung up after saying "I won't be ordering from you again" and without you having to actually provide me with a fresh order or taking any "future" discount is clear testament I was not "out for a free meal", as you so claim. I asked for 2 children’s pizza meals one margarita and one pepperoni just as i have in the past, only to be told they only do margarita. I compromised and asked for a half and half 11 inch and a meat feast 11 inch. The meat feast had hair in it and the half margarita was ok but the pepperoni half had veg and only two small pieces of pepperoni. When i rang to complain i was told the half and half was for another customer and they would do the whole order again. No apologies regarding the hair. The half and half came the same again. The girl on the phone said she didn’t deal with pizza’s so didn’t know. Then someone shouted that’s how they come (a pepperoni with veg on it) only the driver apologised the girl on the phone didn’t until i pointed it out to them then i got a “sorry” but no feeling with it. They need a more mature member of staff to deal with these issues as teenagers just don’t seem to get it. I’ve had food wrong in the past and its never there fault.
