Rumbles Pizzeria — Restaurant in Leeds

I've been using Rumbles for over 3 years and the only issue I've had is lazy delivery drivers refusing to deliver my order to my door because I live in a block of flats. They always ring and tell me to go down and collect it, of I pay for delivery then I expect it to be delivered to me not what is the equivalent of them waiting at the far end of someones street!

I recently called in to order and collect the food myself, I refuse to pay someone's wage who doesn't do the job I paid them to do. While deciding what to order there was an older man messing about with the til, he spent a few minutes hitting buttons on the til, opened it a few times and messed with the money. Then he tidied up around the til and the counter, played with his hair several times, picked his nose, walked about picking things up, he played with his hair some more and just as I was about to order a pizza I watched this man walk to the pizza making area (he didn't wash his hands or put on gloves) pick up some dough and proceed to make a pizza. He grabbed the food with his bare unwashed hands, all while the owner wandered around and could see what he was doing! Not wearing gloves when handling food for public consumption is disgusting, I could just about deal with no gloves so long as they had thoroughly washed their hands before handling the food but no gloves and no hand washing is something I will not tolerate... People die from food poisoning and the way this bloke touched every single thing including money (which we all know is absolutely riddled with bacteria and germs) I very much doubt he hasn't poisoned at least one person... And definitely the person whose pizza I watched him make. I've reported the shop so hopefully a food inspector will pay a visit. Unfortunately after seeing that I would never order form...

So all 3 pizzas tht I ordered was totally burnt and inedible I was totally disgusted the jd sauce was a big lump of seeds like it was burnt too when I called to complain he said it was due to being busy no excuse at all found the owner very rude as he was only prepared to send 1 pizza due to inconvenience but I’m sorry wasn’t good enough I called just eat who tried to resolve it for me and again he refused to help out so just eat had to credit me bk I find this place a joke when it comes to complaints especially when iv been a good paying customer in the past definitely won’t be re ordering from here again Cold but burnt...

Ordered take away, advised we could pay at the door with card machine however card machine would not connect through there SIM card signal! Delivery driver was very apologetic however had no cash and advised this has happened before. Delivery driver rang take away and spoke with Alex who was extremely rude and demanded we either drive to a cash point (10 minutes drive away and 10 minutes back) or just hand food back over! not very good service what so ever!
