Western Flatts Cliff Park — Attraction in Leeds

This is quite a nice park with a rose garden and children's playground also some sports facilities. Unfortunately it's usually ruined by selfish dog owners who think the park exists purely for their dogs and for their dogs to go to the toilet. Often there are even dogs in the playground despite the signs saying NO DOGS which makes it very unsafe for the small children playing in there. Such a shame, it seems that so many nice places have been ruined by dog owners these days, so irresponsible, selfish and when it comes to the mounds of dog poo...

Lovely park nice and clean,every time I visit on a weekend there is a bunch of lovely guys flying drones and racing rc cars,they're always really friendly whenever anybody approaches them inquisitivley, That is all except one annoying nearby resident who seems dead set on moaning at anyone who plays near his house at the edge of the football pitch. Plenty of free space for dog walkers, although there are a few who insist on letting their dogs run free while kids...

I grew up here as a kid! Best park around at that time! Swings and rides were available plenty of space for setting up cricket, bowling greens at the top of the park! As were tennis courts good paths to walk on even a band stand but alas the band stand fell down years ago? No idea what's there now but the park is still there so I hope all the available apparatus is still present still good to walk your pets but make sure you clean up after them as kids...
