Domino's Pizza - Leeds - Morley — Restaurant in Leeds

Do not order from this Domino's. I discovered a piece of hair in my food and called the restaurant. The man on the phone promised me that he will notify his manager and return me a full refund for the compensation and inconvenience. Despite all this my food also came cold. I had taken a picture for proof, but the man on the phone refused and stated a driver will come and collect the pizza to take back, which is ridiculous and an absolute joke. At this time, I had discarded the pizza since common sense dictated that you would and his response was "it's fine take it out of the bin". Although the wedges were cold but fine to eat I had no longer an appetite and was put off completely by the poor quality of food. I am quite dissatisfied with how the team handled my problem.

I am now having to wait for a call back from the manger , which is causing me further inconvenience. I have provided my proof to the manager, and I hope you would take prompt action and refund me in full to compensate for the horrible service and treatment I had as a client. Please try to avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I don't know why I was crazy enough to do it but after 3 years of walking past this place daily, I finally succumbed and telephone ordered a simple, thin base pepperoni pizza. £22 later (yes £22 for a takeaway pizza), I collected it from what looked like a gang of Bradford lads who clearly had little interest in me, their only customer.

Got it home and opened the box. You can imagine how excited I was, £22 for a take out, it must be something incredible.

First thing, they called it 'large'. This is a deliberate lie, it was medium at best. The base was a dark brown colour and tasted like burnt toast. The topping though, this is what got me. The pasata had been cooked to nothing, there is more cheese under my foreskin than on that pitiful excuse for a pizza and I counted 6 small, tasteless pieces of what I presume was once pepperoni.

Avoid this place, go to your corner shop and buy a £1.99 frozen Dr Oetker pizza and save £20 whilst securing a much better pizza.

Pizza took 90 minutes to be delivered. It was cold when it arrived. Dominoes is the most expensive pizza available. For the price, you expect at least a reasonable service. Cold pizza isn't nice. Waiting an hour and a half for it to arrive is frustrating. The 'tracker' said it has been delivered within 45 minutes. It obviously doesn't track anything and is just a gimmick.

This is the third time this has happened now over the last few months. Last time we waited over two hours and eventually told them to cancel the order and refund us the money. If you call them, they say "its on it's way". When you call again 25 minutes later as it still hasn't arrived, they repeat the lie. After several calls they will say "it's in the oven".
