Decided to give another chance after an under parr breakfast last week, I ordered a breakfast WITHOUT BEANS! And paid extra for black pudding, so far so good, On receiving my breakfast seemingly with no beans and a hash brown missing I ate some tomato that was contaminated with bean sauce and after looking closer identified it contained beans, I did not eat the meal I will not darken there door again and will spend my hard earned money elsewhere in an establishment that takes the care not to put customers at risk through ignorance and a lack of training, with 15 years in catering experience, I can only assume that cross contamination training is neglected as a part of Nicole's food standards, if so what else goes on out of sight? slightly concerning as allergy's are a common issue with the amount of toxins pumped into us by everyday life one would hope that a certain standard of care and due diligence would be taken when preparing a substance about to be consumed by a customer with a specific request, DISAPPOINTING AND A...

Breakfast was spot on, prices were more than fair, can't complain and will...
