Young lad was sweeping up but left that task to serve me which was nice but he didn't wash his hand before starting to prepare my sandwich and gave me a blank stare when I asked him to. The other 2 shop workers also came out of the back to have a stare at me too. Is basic food safety practice that rare that when a customer mentions it you look at him like he has just stepped off another planet? Other than...

Staff friendly. It's Gregg's. Just get the URGE for some sausage rolls. Take them home. Get some grated cheese. Some tiger rolls. Heat the sausages up in the roll, loads of cheese, brown sauce. The cheese roll special. Started in Chelmsford many years ago. It's something that has...

Food warm but terrible service.. Approx 3/4 people in store but only one serving as others prepping and one dedicated to deliveroo/just eat etc. So can be queuing out the door but still only one dedicated server so long wait but deliveroo straight in and out.....
