If you placing an order online please dont!!! I work for uber eats and let me tell you something this is the worst place to collect an order from the priorities everyone but the delivery drivers the talk to us like we are dogs the attitude to words the drivers its unacceptable.

I went to collect an order the should of been ready 15 minutes ago when I got there he left my order on the side and started making the other orders that just came in past some time its been 30 minutes since I told him am waiting for the order he give me some attitude and spoke to me front of customer like I was a dog And just ignored me for an other 10 minutes for a total of 40 since I started in the place I had to cancel the delivery because of excessive waiting time we dont get paid to wait around the order need to be ready as soon as we arrive the deliver was paying 2£ we need to be in quick and out and definitely we dont get paid enough to have grown men talk to us like there are a small spoiled kids get your staff in order

One of the worst kfc to work with rating out of 10 is minus 10 out of 10 this place is realy bad for drivers never piking an order...

They were very busy so I was prepared for a delay but when I finally got to the order point I was ignored. After several minutes (and others in front of me walking away in frustration) I called out to one of the workers behind the counter asking if I could place an order. They said no! I was told they had 16 orders on their screens already and were too busy. They also said I could use the order screens instead but I was paying in cash. The frustrating thing is that at the same time I was being told they wouldn't take my order there were people behind me continually adding orders to the queue using the screens. Appalling service (or lack of it). Others around me were clearly (and audibly) frustrated and annoyed at how long they'd been waiting to collect their orders so it wasn't a nice atmosphere.
