McDonald’s — Restaurant in Leeds

Food is pretty standard but the service is awful, the guy in charge seems like he absolutely has no clue whatsoever, just dithered about like he hated everything about his job and didn't see the point, this attitude is absolutely passed on to the staff- exceptionally slow even if it's quiet - would just wait and go to a different service station if I wanted a McDonald's now (have been here enough times now to know there's no point waiting here, particularly when there's so many other food choices) I wish I got her name but there was one woman that seemed to actually be doing her job around...

Double sausage and egg muffin was great, really tastey. Service slow, but was fairly busy toward end of breakfast sevice.

Friendly service.

Orders appearing on collection screen 10 minutes or more before actually ready, guess that's to hide the fact they were over alloted time from appearing on the management report.

Tried a triple cheese burger, following recent tv campaign saying they now cook them for longer and serve hotter- these things are tiny, bread chewy, and was warmer but not hot. Won't be having any more burgers, Will stick...

Unfortunately I can't rate it a zero but if this was possible, I would. This McDonalds has to be the slowest, most clueless McDonalds I have ever been to. My first visit they FORGOT my order (it was only a banana milkshake). As it was busy, I waited 20 minutes. I spoke to a manager and she handed me a half-melted & tasteless shake. My second visit today, the service was so slow and the staff just walked around aimlessly. It needs massive improvement. They also boost times by marking orders as ready to collect when they're not...
