I recently visited Starbucks at Skelton Lake, Leeds, with my husband. We ordered two hot drinks; an Americano and a tea. While the drinks were fine, we couldn’t help but notice something that felt a bit off. Every other customer before and after us had their names written on their cups and were called by name when their drinks were ready. In contrast, we were simply called out as “the Americano and tea.”
It might seem like a small detail, but it was noticeable. The use of names gave others a more personal and thoughtful experience, while ours felt oddly impersonal. Read moreI love this branch of Starbucks and it’s probably my favourite. There’s two reasons. The staff and the staff! The staff here know exactly how I like my drink and they strive to get it right every time, which they do Successfully. Other branches, despite my giving detailed instructions, usually get it wrong. This branch listens and they get it right. There are two branches of Starbucks nearer to where I live. I’d rather come here as it means I get my drink made EXACTLY how I like it. Highly recommended! Read moreI'm working near Starbucks and everyday I go there for my coffee. I became a gold member really fast. I just want to say thank you because all the time I'm ordering all the staff are doing the best customer service ever (mostly Pete, Gem, Jess, Bernard and Radka...). You are all smiling, kind and you are doing great coffees. You have a lot of opportunities (eating or drinking) and mostly different milks alternatives. For a lactose intolerant, it is the best place 😊. The prices are high but skelton lake is an expensive place. 😕 I really recommend this store. Just I hope that soon we can redeem our free drinks in this store....
