In my experience, McDonald’s has experienced significant decline in quality over time. Despite my regular patronage, I have encountered numerous instances of negligence that have resulted in incorrect orders for both in-store and delivery. These errors include missing items, incorrect burgers, and even a Big Mac delivery with a missing top burger bun.
The incompetence of the staff and management is appalling. I would even go as far as suggesting that this establishment should be closed and replaced with a Burger King or KFC. Since these issues have become increasingly frequent, I have ceased dining at McDonald’s altogether, as the inconvenience of constantly complaining has become overwhelming.

And when we want a refund, we have to speak with Uber Eats, even though we order through the McDonalds app directly. Ordered a milkyway McFlurry and it looked congealed. I asked what it was they said probably the sauce. Disappointed and picked at it to find it had fudge inside (good job I’m not allergic) or should I say a concoction. Can tell the staff just don’t care.
