A good tip for anyone working in the fast food industry: your customers will likely forgive you for late food if you’re honestly upfront with them. We know that there are multiple factors that might mean you can’t get it to us in “30 minutes or less”. We also know that some customers just can’t be satisfied no matter what.
You know what doesn’t help you out? Lying to your customers. It’s far better to say “I’ll look into this” than to provide false information. If the customer gets frustrated and aggressive when you won’t give them a haphazard guess, at least you’ve not made it worse.
Don’t take the order, give it nothing but second thoughts, fail to deliver it on time from when you’ve said you’re delivering it, have unreliable drivers and then blame traffic (traffic we can see from our office mind you doesn’t actually exist) and then question why we’re calling you 2 hours after ordering (1 hour after you’ve promised to deliver the food) extremely dissatisfied. If you can’t deliver what you’re asking people to pay for, you’re in the wrong business. You can promise free food on our next order all you want but when our assurance is “quote someone’s name” and you’ve already been dishonest you can imagine our cynicism.
If your food tasted really nice it would have been more forgivable. Instead, your food tastes like every bog standard takeaway that I’ve eaten to fill the void at the end of a night out. Considering both the poor service and the mediocre food, I’ve no intention of spending more money here. If I do and you prove me wrong by all means I’ll update a review to reflect the change in quality. Until then? I’ll be telling people to go for places further...
Read moreRight .. so I have noticed the quality at this particular Raja’s has been declining in the last few years but then NOW it came to the point where it’s unbearable!! Their pizzas were really good! The bread .. the topping .. the base everything was exceptionally good!
But tried their pizza last night and tell you what THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER TRIED!!

Not gonna try raja’s dewsbury road again! Very very bad quality pizzas! Nothing like they used to be!! Looked like they gave me the frozen cheese and tomatoe base which you can buy at Iceland for a pound!!!
Plus: the overall vibe of the whole place is so negative and unwelcoming would like to mention the reception man with gray in his 50’s extremely unpleasant always always!! I watched him serving to customers and Uber drivers and he was like he is the only person on planet earth and god sent!
Can’t stand such negative energies and attitude! Read moreTheres a fella who was trying to suicide by jumping down of hunslet bridge onto the M621 today at 12:30AM, I saw him, got near by him, and after about 30 minutes of trying to speak and persuade him not to do what he was about to do (while 6 police officers were there and while they were just watching us carefully n trying not to get too close to us), I finally convinced him and got him to my side of the bridge. After about 20 min of the officers mental health process I asked them if I can take him to RAJAS to grap him some food which is the place I ( REGULARLY GO), they said its okay and he wanted that so at that time his partner got there so she was with him and I only had £6 coz I just got of work at that time so I explained the thing to the boss and asked him if he can do 2 burgers which costs 4.50 each for £6 and offered my ID and contact details so he makes sure that I will come back n bring him the rest of the money in the morning(EVEN THOUGH HIM AND 3 OF THE STAFF MEMBERS KNOW ME VERY WELL)….
