Alhamdulillah they have done well with the mosque well thought from start to finish with the help of the community I remember when it was just a concrete shell! All facilities available here, prayer, madrassah for kids girls and boys segregated as they get older incl reading the Quran tajweed, learning prayers and Islamic studies regular meetings on progresa etc fees are £15 per child teaching at all levels. Funeral preparations separate entrance for women and men. Active COVID ruling. Downside its the parking facilities so can get hectic for all those not within driving distance you can park around streets though if your a visitor...

Yet at a recent janazah they stated it was policy that no woman were allowed inside the mosque, not allowing them to listen to a very good speech from the imam. This kind of backwards policies need to be left behind, the mosque committee need to be questioned on this!
Not acceptable! where is the Islam in leaving women out in pouring rain and cold because it goes against mosque policy?? Everyone has a right to the house of Allah and the community need to stand...
