The Dragon — Restaurant in Leeds

Absolutely shocking place. Atmosphere like a morgue. Clicky. Ordered food at 1855 to be told at 1930 it would be ten mins. Had to leave at half 8 as food still not arrived. Not one bit bothered did the staff seem. Would definitely not recommend this place.. chicken wings that I did receive as a starter; piping hot, like microwave, hot. And just blathered in BBQ sauce without a care in the world. Only good thing about this place is the ginnel further down the road which cuts out a bit of a walk on game day. Thanks again for nothing. I was informed at the end machines weren’t working properly. I’m sorry but that excuse isn’t good enough especially when you didn’t once offer any sort of compensation for what was going on.. as I looked over at the bar I could see people eating who had been served after me and my friend. Waited 30 minutes for place to open not much of welcome one of first customers in ordered 4 meals staff where uncaring and didn't seem to know much after waiting one hour twenty minutes had to ask where food was as many others coming in got there's in about twenty minutes was told after they found my order oh it's being dished up after a further ten minutes I was about to go ask again when three out of four meals arrived waited another five minutes for the forth arrived we got a sorry for it being late but no care in the appollogie the meals had been totally rushed to cook supposed to be hand battered fish seemed just frozen batter was flat asked for mushy peas got garden small potion of chips after travelling to leeds for over two hours we needed lunch we almost all but for fish very disappointing we eat in many green king but unfortunately won't be this one in future if we visit Leeds hope service improves as it...

3 of us went into the dragon today for food...what a disaster the young man behind the counter didn't have a clue what was going on firstly my partner order 2 pints of lager and a pint of blackcurrant and soda he gave him a half?. Tried to order 3 x the pensioners meal..no fish& chips so asked for the breakfast to be told he couldn't do it on the screen it was crossed of and would have to wait until someone came from upstairs then after a while my son went back to ask what was happening to be told the person was in a meeting.
