Group of 12 of us today visited for little toddlers birthday gentlemen on reception was nice entered the park onto trampoline with little one unable to balance fully on her own to be approached by a staff member an told cant hold her hands have to go on trampoline on there own, then went over to another family member who was holding another little ones hands to be told the same within 5 minutes of been there the same staff member appraoached members of our group several times while other members of the public was bouncing over the trampolines onto other ones causing little ones to fall over and nothing was said to them, adults was in the ballpool throwing balls around which im all down for fun to an extent thats why you visit these places but one rule for all should be the same after been approached several times i personally asked the staff member if she had a problem with our group as she appears to be targeting us she replied no but continued to come back to tell the toddlers too they cant stand on same trampoline i informed the staff member i clearly did feel she had an issue and had targerted us from coming in the staff member walked away and within minutes several other staff was present around the trampolines we went into the inflatables which appeared people was having fun but no control was been had over this area and found little ones appeared more at risk in there than on the trampolines we came back to the trampoline area which then a male staff member straight away started watching us and made his way over to the area we was at the little ones was on the trampoline at this point one of the little ones was walking around the trampoline area i followed her around the sides so i didnt stand on the trampoline with her the male staff member stood right in front of me preventing me from walking past without having to stride around him stepping on the trampoline i asked him if he had a problem his response was No but a staff member has spoke to somebody in your group earlier and was abused i explained nobody abused her and no this really was a sign that our group had been targeted by the staff, disgusting behaviour staff trying to intimidate people for speaking up for themselves at this point the supervisor attended to see what had happened who appeared to deal with the situation well and apolgised for the staff after i explained the situation she said she didnt see that anything had been done wrong by anybody in our group and you can hold hands of the little ones she also witnessed the behaviour of older ones running over trampolines while talking to us and nothing been said to them she said she would give is a free pass as an apology from her personally after i had explained that we pay for an hour and have spent at least half of it defending ourselves to staff we didnt receive a pass or anything else infact but to be sure after this we wont be returning my little boys birthday fun prevented and spoilt by staff clearly because our face didnt fit in, been plenty times before without any problems, informed there are new staff now who are not fully upto date with all the rules yet looks like these could cause problems wouldn't recommend taking little ones here until staff are upto date with rules. Read moreVisited for the first time this evening. It was a fun experience although some areas were closed off, other areas had road work-type barriers up blocking access which, in an area where every other surface is soft is just an accident waiting to happen. Visited close to closing time on an evening so it wasn't too busy. We had to tell the staff member on reception that we had never been before to prompt her to tell us what we needed to do (where to change into our socks and store our belongings, how we would know when it was our turn to bounce) otherwise she would have just left us to it. We were also asked to smile for the cctv which we found alarming. The lockers, most of them were broken or bent, struggled to find a working one and then it took 4 attempts to recognise our code once we were done. We were told to wait for them to call us at our time slot to start bouncing and nobody did. There were plenty of staff around but they were too busy interacting with customers that appeared to be their friends and one staff member was even carrying a baby around. On the parts where you could jump from trampolines into the bags there were other people at the end also jumping into the bags which meant you couldn't jump from the trampolines, staff were just stood watching and not bothering to stop them. Lots of people breaking the rules and staff just not caring about it. The inflatable area is great in concept, when we got to that area we were greated to someone shouting and screaming in pain, shouting that they had hurt themselves, this turned out to be a staff member joking around, faking an injury which I found to be extremely distasteful and unprofessional. I couldnt use one part of the inflatable area because two staff members were using it for a laugh instead of doing their jobs and allowing customers to use what they have paid for. I imagine this is due to management not being able to see them in this area. The inflatable area is also in very poor condition and areas of it I found were leaking and very poorly inflated. The staff working, or more, playing in this area were climbing around it with shoes on so I'm not surprised that it is leaking in several places. However, it appears that this area will be closed off on a couple of weeks to undergo repairs. Overall we had fun but the staff were not helpful and just didn't seem to care about rule breaking and were faking injuries for a laugh. Putting signs up and issues waivers in order to pass on responsibility to customers should not get your staff out of taking responsibility for enforcing said rules and sorting out...
Read moreTHE BEST TRAMPOLINE PARK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!! I saw this place online like 3 months ago and have always wanted to go since I ever found it. It has a HUGE performance area, Huge inflatable area, main jumping area, basketball hoops, lots of places to sit, cafe kitchen area downstairs, gaming area and more! First time coming here and know about the super tramps, THEY ARE SOOOO BIG!! Made by a company called MAXair trampolines and are coloured a pinkish colour, looks like 1 or 2 of the beds have been replaced as there are not really any signs of use on them. It is so weird going on them for the first time because you sink soooo much before coming back up and really fun to use! There are 2 14x14 super quads and 1 10x20 trampoline! Found a spring was missing from thr 10x20 bed but didn't really matter as you get a good bounce nevertheless! There are no limits of what you can do that I know of as I've seen people doing multiple twists and doubles and more flips that are allowed, basically you can do what you are capable of unlike other trampoline parks where you can't do doubles or any crazy tricks.. There is a location opening in Liverpool at the end if 2022/early 2023 possibly in January.. the two staff that were on there are really nice and calm! The price for this place is an absolute BARGAIN as I got the unlimited bounce for 3 hours with a £6 tag with £2.50 for pair of socks but you'd pay at least £25 at some other parks for the same amount of time. It was such a joy to come here and see the place for myself as I'm a trampolinist! (Level 11 out of 15 award) Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, LITERALLY ANYONE as they have toddler sessions and normal sessions with an annual pass too! Thank you for letting me come here and tire myself out for 3 hours and letting me...
