This charming spot by the canal is an absolute gem, perfect for a relaxing day out, especially if you're a dog lover. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really enhances the overall experience. The ambience is cozy and cute, making it a lovely place to unwind. Their tea selection is fantastic, and each cup is just as good as the last. One of the best parts is that it's pet-friendly, so you can bring your dogs along and enjoy the beautiful surroundings together. The nearby nature adds to the peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal location for a stroll after your visit. It’s especially stunning on a sunny day, where you can take full advantage of the outdoor seating by the canal, soak in the scenery, and let your pets enjoy the fresh air. Whether you’re here to sip on tea, spend quality time with your furry friends, or simply enjoy a serene day by the water, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended for dog owners and anyone who loves a tranquil, nature-filled experience with...

Absolutely awful service! My 8 month old daughter accidently dropped some banana on the grass beside the table, and we were shouted at by the owner - told that it's not his job to clean up after me, he's not running a pigsty and he's sick of people like me!! I actually ended up in tears as the owner was so rude and very aggressive, I think I was in shock, I've never been talked to so horribly! When my friend went up to pay and told him I hope your happy having a young mum in tears out there, his response was 'good'!

I'm gutted as I used to love coming here and I had given 5 stars on previous visits, but it is not ok to treat people like this, it was an accident and any other cafe would have swept it up without issue. Horrible experience I would not recommend, particularly for anyone...

6 ⭐ if I I can. The Victoria cake is the best I have ever had. The cream for the scone is excellent. Maybe it is partly because of the nice weather and pretty, cosy environment. All of us were so delighted.

I would say this is a must stop point of the canal walk, long or short😂. This is the most enjoyable experience in the walk. I saw some cows walking by on the bright green pastures at the other side of the clear water canal.

I talked with the shopper and she said they only open the cafe in good weather. And please check the opening time update in the Facebook. The cafe is a family business. They may have the trip for a week and close the cafe ,and will have a different opening time from September, too....

We went as a treat for my (early) 70th Birthday organised by my Stepdaughter, the first time for us all. This little place is such a gem! Right by the canal and a great place to stop for a cuppa and homemade treats. We had cakes/scones, tea and I had a gorgeous Baileys coffee and my Grandson had a lovely Belgium waffle. Everyone who served us were lovely and I was so impressed with this lovely place. Very reasonable prices too. We will definitely be back in the Summer as we do lots of short walks and the canal is a favourite. Thank you, we will recommend you and I have friends who also love The Tiny Tearoom, it’s lovely!
