Cafe Naz — Restaurant in Liverpool

New to smithdown and looking for a new curry house and extremely disappointed.. ordered a biryani with a naan and asked for tikka massala sauce, got sent a flavourless vegetable sauce instead and barely any of it at that. Really rude and unaccomodating on the phone as I rang up to ask about it and was told they didnt see my notes first off, and then said they couldnt do it as it would charge me (so you did see my notes.. and also why give the option of sauces in that case?) asked him if he could send me my sauce and he just said no... RUDE and not good service and now wasted my money on food i cannot eat (a dry naan, with a dry biryani and no sauce.. no thanks.)

I should have read the previous review before ordering through Just Eat! Ordered on Wednesday and it took an hour to arrive which was 15 minutes late, and was missing 1 of the 2 mains. Called the restaurant and they said they'd get it out ASAP. I called again 40 mins later and I was told it would still be another 20 mins at least. Cancelled at that point as it was a waste of time as food had gone cold. No refunds or apologies as of yet, still battling with Just Eat over the same issue. Absolute jokers the lot of them! If anyone from Cafe Naz actually gives a toss about guest experience feel free to give me my money back... Saddest birthday meal ever, sit down Indian for...

Lovely food and amazing service. Food went back to the restaurant despite the delivery driver’s best efforts to get in touch with me outside my apartment. When I called back even though his shift had finished he arranged with the manger to have a full fresh order made and waited for it to be cooked and redlivered.
