Jasmine's Restaurant & Takeaway — Restaurant in Liverpool

We don't usually order from here but we decided to give it a go the other night. We placed our order through uber eats and waited the time recommended for it to come within, in which we did receive our food. However, we believed there to be something missing from our order so we called to restaurant and the second the phone was answered we were met with a very aggressive toned man who was swearing at us before we even said why we were calling; with both of us working in fast food we understand the stress of busy periods but we also understand how pivotal it is to treat customers with respect, explain the situation and answer any questions they may have in a polite manner. Came from a small village in Bedfordshire to watch the game Liverpool vs Cardiff city and was let down big time by Indian take away called Anmol through just eat who took our money without refund and did not deliver our food! So ended up with a very upset wife and 2 extremely hungry kids.. went on to order from the Jasmine and was well worth the wait as it was some of the best food I have ever tasted! Being of a Bangladeshi background and knowing what a curry should authentically taste like, I can truly confirm the service and quality of food was out of this world! So thanks to the staff and chef at the Jasmine who are genuinely curry legends in my honest opinion!!...

I would give no stars if i could. Ordered at 6.20 i know it was sat night so expected a wait. The food came at 9pm. The guy on the phone keot promising me 4-5 mins itll be there and was rude. The driver was walking up and down my street with it, couldnt find my house, the houses are all numbered and i was standing on my step cos the restaurant told me he was in my street. The food was cold and not very nice, i only ordered from here because i used to love the red onion chutney, that went in the bin it was just very salty. Never ordering...
