munchies — Restaurant in Liverpool

The 1 star is brutal but deserved. I ordered 2 meals for myself and my girlfriend and only 1 was delivered. I rang to chase the missing items from the delivery and was greeted by what I think is the some of the worst customer service I've ever had... this guy was just plain rude! When asking my order details he was impatient and abrupt. I tried to tell him what the problem was and he cut me short by telling me my order would be with me in 15 minutes which showed he wasn't listening to me and was just lying about the status of my order. When I managed to get the message across he told me the remainder of my order would be delivered shortly. I had to wait 20 minutes for the 2nd meal in the end. The food wasn't great either, I had the 6 piece chicken meal and the pieces were very small off the bone. The coating was greasy and the chicken very salty. Chips were also very soft. I would not usually bother writing reviews of small takeaway food establishments as let's face it when you've had a few to drink reviews of where you might be getting your midnight meal from are not on top of the agenda. This place however made me want to write the review purely for the rude and care free customer service I received. So if you do happen to give the this review a look before you make an order in a drunken food craving state I'd advise avoiding this...

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered using uber eats and the order was wrong so I called to sort the situation (I called munchies because uber eats does not have a customer service number to call). I was polite and explained the situation and the employee at munchies just kept repeating call uber eats even after I told him there was no number for uber eats. I also explained that this was a munchies situation because the problem was with the food itself and not the delivery but then he continually yelled call uber eats. After I re-explained that uber eats does not have a number to call he rudely hung up on me...He did not say anything but call uber eats the entire call (not even hello when answering the phone) and did not listen to me. In the end I tried to eat the pizza anyways because i was hungry and it was late and it actually made me physically ill. If you want to ruin your night and get yelled at...

There is a guy his name Mo around 13 years old, he made my pizzas as I’m a regular customer and only live around the corner I didn’t like the way he made it so I asked for a refund and he said he’s gonna cut 4£ off if he refunds me which is ridiculous. When I got home I checked the other pizza which was burnt I went back to the shop showing him his pizza and to do another one and another guy jumped with beard and red t-shirt (it seems he’s the guy who does the dough in the kitchen) he said it’s fine and no wrong with it!!!! it was obvious. Mo’s friends (they were Yemni one of them with black curly hair they were inside the shop and Mo gave them an eye gesture to make troubles with me. They were so rude but I kept calm. The worst customer service ever I won’t go...
