This place used to be spot on! They got the order wrong. Didn't bring the chips as a meal. Had very bad conversation on phone over it they didn't have a clue could barely understand either. Then said I can't just order chips. So ended up ordering thru just eat so they would come payed extra money. Asked for a large. They cancelled the just east delivery and used their own after saying they wouldn't come in 1st place. Then I questioned them and and female delivery both gave diff responses. The chips came in a small bag. When usually in a box when large. Never again! Been taken over by diff ppl. Then they made the sauce open and all over the bag on the 2nd delivery! I could go on! 1st time I've never enjoyed. Nabzys!! Complelte shambles then say we have never did chips in a box. It should have came as a meal in 1st place. Rude staff and liars and delivery girl lied about what delivery company etc. Also it shows up as a waffle place on my bank transfer not nabzys which again has never happend. Deffo...

I visited when I was visiting a friend in Liverpool and I was very dissatisfied with their customer service, but I chalked it up to culture differences. They were very rude and unprofessional. I now realize that they are simply very sexist and misogynistic, which they show very proudly on their Facebook page. After leaving a review on their Facebook page, someone named Jason Whale private identified himself from the business and messaged me to ask about it. I explained my experience and said their recent Facebook comments were what prompted me to make a review. They asked for an example of what I deemed sexist, misogynistic and inappropriate, so I sent them a screenshot of one of the incidents. I was told they know one of the people involved personally. I stopped responding, which evidently upset Jason Whale because he asked why. When I said there was no point continuing the conversation, I was told to “piss off” and now, even as I am typing this, Jason Whale is continuing to message me...

Have been a regular customer for years now, in this particular shop 2 years for sure but yesterday's received food really put a big shadow of a doubt on any future orders from here. So the wings were disgusting over salted soggy all the cruch if you can call it that way falling off, chips portion size was a small in a large so lack of chips basically, burger was disgusting and soggy WAAAAYYYYYY too much of mayo and I suspect the lettuce was put wet on a burger and pizza it was a joke not pizza ordered beef onion and mushroom got only beef mince nothing else no mushroom no onions pizza was basically a big bread with some ketchup small pinch of cheese and dry beef mince. Horrible experience and for all that £30??? Delivery came 30mins earlier I would've rather waited longer but got good quality food. Thank you for "appreciating" your regular customers and for ruining my Friday evening....
