Ranchers Chicken — Restaurant in Liverpool

I'm absolutely shocked by tonight. I always order online and food has been great. Tonight I went into ranchers and ordered face to face, what I experienced was absolutely disgraceful. I'm guessing Ranchers may have had a new member of staff starting today BUT one of the females who was training her must be some sort of manager or supervisor, the way she was speaking and treating staff was awful. She was a complete bully and made the staff scared to speak to anyone. I'm guessing Ranchers must be hiring World War 2 commands nowadays. I will never be going back here again. My order was not delivered at all. I would not have ordered but for my family being ill with flu. My partner is diabetic and need to eat at regular times. After over an hour our food did not arrive, despite twice being assured it was on the way. Each time a different excuse was offered for the delay. I've asked for my money back, but the restaurant won't give it. The "order is on its way" (again.) Effing ridiculous. The absolute worst restaurant I have ever had the misery of dealing with. Terrible service it was barely warm 1 hour 40 minute wait for them to forget part of the order and tell us it’s another hour for it to be brought back!! The girl answering the phone sounded asleep the 3 times I phoned and then the driver sat in his car for 5 mins.. eventually got the chicken they forgot and it’s Baltic must have been cooked 2 hours ago when I first ordered.. then they told me it can’t be cold because they cooked it and sent it out straight away !!!
