Safi's Desserts - Walton Vale — Restaurant in Liverpool

The last few weeks i’ve been going in less and less. One of the staff members is always sitting at the tables with foreign music on very loud, now i definitely know its not english music or dutch. I cant hear myself think its that loud and very off putting considering its supposed to be a dutch desserts shop. He sits at this table even when he has customers in the store, He is mostly talking on his phone or on video calls and if it is not the tables he is on he is sitting at the back on the stairs, once i was waiting to be served for a good 15 minutes and he kept saying he will be with me soon. Also he is always putting his hands down his Pants which is disgusting enough i don't know why the staff aren't trained to a proper level.

Now this young boy is very rude, talks to the customers with an attitude and i’ve even seen him speak to staff like this, this store started out so well and i just feel like its letting itself down!

Now another point is, none of the staff can speak english considering we are in an english speaking country most of the staff can barely string a sentence together i ordered a latte a few days ago and one of the boys brought over a cookie dough! I don’t understand how! And its not just this shop its all off them, most off them staff don’t have a clue.

Now this business needs some serious training, because it doesn’t seem they have had any basic adequate training at all!

We had seen the new Safi’s Desserts location in Walton Vale being advertised and since it is just a short walk away we decided to pop in.

A simple layout with picnic style tables that could shared during busier times.

To go with our latte coffee we decided to try a piece of caramel cake. The coffee was strong and good and the cake was oh so tasty. The chocolate mint cake looked very good and will have to be sampled on our next visit. So many other dessert options to try if cake is not for you.

Do not go here, ordered for me and my son because we have both been sick for days. £25 and couldn’t even take the order of the man because it was spilt everywhere and completely inedible.
