A&A New Kentiss — Restaurant in London

Terrible experience , they used to be very good but this time , my order was very delayed , ok, there was an incident in Mitcham affecting traffic but even so it was unacceptable delay , when it eventually came they forgot part of my order . I phoned repeatedly to get it delivered , they insisted some times that it would be coming in like two minutes , then ten, then within 15 minutes , they did this when I had to chase the first delivery too, then they stopped answering my calls to get the missing item delivered, I phoned and phoned repeatedly and they either hung up , lied about when it might be coming or put me on hold , I kept saying Hello !!! hello !! they still ignored me .... I used to be quite regular a customer but never again ... missing part of order eventually turned up but the first part needed reheating by this time , I was hungry and all I got was some free chicken wings !!!...

Ordered a meal from them, costing only £13.50 or so, meaning relatively few items. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes for food, I rang them and asked where our order was, just to see if there was an issue, they said 20 minutes more waiting. So we waited, and after 95 minutes I tried to get in touch with them again, still not receiving any food. Their phone was engaged, or more likely removed from its rest so no calls could be recieved. After trying almost non stop to get in touch, we then reached the 2 hour 10 minute mark and decided to visit the shop, and after 2 and a half hours, the best they could do was tell us that the food was still on the way. It took threatening to call the police to get them to issue a refund. Will not be giving them any business...

i regrettably am sorry , I just got a family meal 8 pieces n 4 fries . chicken was cheap n fries were stone cold n like cardboard. Honestly i went out of kfc to cross the road to get worse choice . looked near the bin instore, absolutely disgusting n dirt on floor , They only opened an hour ago . Stafff must of not cleaned up last nite from customer's eating in. what ashame . I will not be returning here ever unfortunately.u lost my custom I bet this shop will close down in the near future , if they don't turn their luck around n clean up m derve good food not cheap crap chicken . shop was good once ....
