Recently, the service here has dropped and to be fair, it feels like that’s happening around that whole area (not sure what’s going on). They don’t take phone orders anymore, which is really inconvenient, and ordering through Uber just isn’t worth it for what they offer. At their prices, there are several other options locally that give you better value for the same or less.

On top of that, the convenience factor is gone. Before, it was easy to call up and place an order, now you’re forced onto an app where the prices are higher and the portions don’t feel as generous. For regular customers, that’s frustrating.

Ridiculous amount of chilli sauce - I couldn’t even eat the burger and my mouth and lips are on fire! I’ve ordered a few times and get the same habanero burger, today it was soaked in chilli sauce which leaked out and soaked the burger bun and all the veggies - I had one bite and couldn’t eat anymore! I don’t know if they’ve hired new staff that want to take revenge on their customers by drenching everything in chilli sauce ?! Take Away / Delivery Review. Food was good although the fries were a little cold. Ordered the food at 2.24 for delivery at 3.24 ( as confirmed by them ). Delivery actually arrived at 4.15, that’s pretty much 2 hours!! Really poor service here, especially as the updates were not accurate and every so often an additional 20 minute delay was added.
