Honestly, I don't see the hype with this place, and before people get excited talking about their high rating type in "Nidos Feltham" they have a high rating, but go walk into that shop and you'll see that place and you'll see why reviews can be fabricated.

(It even says on Cartels lots reviews, they ain't even verified by Google).

Now let's talk about the food. My boy got their doner meat, which is supposedly the highest quality Doner around, when I tell you this is the biggest CAP going. If you've ever eaten at Rocky's it tastes just like their kebab and even the BBQ sauce taste the same. No that ain't a good thing that it tastes the same when it's supposed to be in the top teirs of kebab. Next we got the Lamb chops, again they go on about it being the highest quality lamb going, if that's the case then you've got the lowest quality chefs going cause how was the chops chewy and tough, it should be soft like Wattan in Southall. Plus, the chops has barely any flavour going. Next, the Masala chips, it ain't CHIPS should be called Masala Fries. It literally is chaat seasoning on top, so dead and their fusion sauce is just Algerian sauce. Lastly, I ordered the Lamb Shawarma, how is this supposedly best quality lamb, so tough to bite into and plus the sauces don't go well together, even Zaza's on Uxbridge Road is on another level compared to this place.

Hugely disappointed with this HYPED place and before the owner tries coming back with a brick wall defensive response, take the L and firmly hold it. One of west Londons deadest munch places.

I am appalled by the service provided, I ordered a Lamb Doner Plate, which states ‘This is not your average Doner’. It was exactly that, below average. The food provided looked great but tasted awful, the excess Cajun salt made it unbearable to eat.

I made a complaint and was told that it’s not their issue and I would have to order again if I wanted a new meal? Maybe I wouldn’t need to order again if they didn’t overdose my food in salt. Honestly, it felt like I ordered salt with chips and lamb as seasoning. It was pathetically seasoned. It ruined my day, I was nauseas for the entirety of the day and was showed no care by the owner.

Be prepared for this to be a fake review. It is very visible the owner only takes compliments and any negative feedback is marked as a fake review. Just scroll down and take a look for yourself on all the bad reviews.

I’ll not be ordering from here ever again. The owner needs a reality check and realise his business only runs because of customers. Without customers he will slowly be out of business with this service and attitude of his.

I wish I could give it a 0 star review. 1 is very generous, and yeah to be honest it must be a fake review. Maybe the owner deep down knows it should be a 0 star review.

I would not be surprised if Gordan Ramsay decides to start up Kitchen Nightmares again just to help fix this lost cause of a kebab ship just for the owner to say ‘fake review’ on Gordan Ramsay's feedback. Absolutely pathetic...

Took a late night detour into London in the hopes of finding something delicious yet different, without compromising on quality. So after a thorough search on Google, we stumbled across this place. The reviews were promising but we were still skeptical being the food snobs that we are yet we decided to give it a go. We drove in and placed our order face to face, the staff helped us by giving very honest suggestions for orders based on our tastes. We ended up getting the dynamite prawns, signature drip burger with masala fries, Mongolian beef with rice, a red velvet cake jar and ones of their best sellers; chocolate fudge cake with custard. The packaging gave us a glimpse into the standard of food we were about to indulge in- sturdy, well thought out packaging showing attention to detail. For e.g. My burger box didn't cause me to spill half its contents whilst extracting it from the box, because the box opened up to form a “plate” of a kind. This was a good sign. And true to its reviews, the food was delicious. Well seasoned, good quality ingredients, clean meat and just a fusion of flavours we haven't had before. Would 10/10 recommend, and will be telling all our friends...
