Not bad if you like your coffee served with a shot of attitude and arrogance. Would have been nice if they actually wiped our table down when they stopped us from sitting there as it 'had to be cleaned'. Coffee was average/poor. No idea why sandwiches are being kept uncovered at room temperature on their counter either when the sign on the wall asks you to check their fridge display. This place is definitely not child friendly either. To get to the toilets you have to walk into some filling cabinets with their stock sitting above them. The inside of the toilets also have splinter exposed unpainted/untreated wood under the sink and beside it. Please avoid this place if you have young children. The place is a mess and they only have brown sugar which is for some odd reason also uncovered, on every table, in a shot glass. Please also note the old strawberries in the attached image which were included in our fruit salad. I did ask for a fresh one as it was for a child but they seem to have chosen to...

I’ve been coming to Artisan Putney since 2015/2016, and my experience has always been positive, with the staff usually very friendly. On the morning of September 13th, however, I visited with a friend and had a disappointing interaction. We had already ordered our drinks and were waiting when one staff member, who was on the customers’ side of the counter, approached us. She looked at us with suspicion, asked if we had ordered, and then told us to move, but in a very abrupt, unfriendly way. Both my friend and I felt uncomfortable, which stood out because this has never been the case in my previous visits. I don’t know if this was just an isolated incident, but I hope so, because I would not want other customers to feel treated this way. The drinks themselves were good, which is why I’m giving three stars instead of fewer, but the customer service really needs improvement. After this experience, I will think twice before...

what a shame. i've just started working locally and prefer to use individual coffee shops rather than the chains. 2 members of staff chatting over the counter (which would be fine if it weren't so busy) seemed a bit pissed off when i obviously bothered them with my presence. if you want to chat, do it out of the way. even that would have been fine if they hadn't been so rude about it. the person behind the till was friendlier but by then i'd already decided i wouldn't be back. the food wasn't all that, and the coffee was mediocre (ie not bad, not great). i didnt like the fact that there was so much uncovered food so close to the till either. and i shouldn't have to ask for a receipt three times, either (at least offer me one). the place looks nice, but it would need some staff changes at the very least for me to go back. both surly AND fake...

Sunday probably is not the best day to visit as they were short on staff when the cafe was busy. The stress showed on the two people managing it all so didn't quite have a pleasant experience at the till. The mocha and latte were alright, rose and pistachio cake was good but could have been less sweet (would go well with your coffee) and the raspberry brownie was good. The affogato, however, was disappointing for the price and was not enjoyed. The cafe itself was clean with comfortable and spacious seating arrangements and the various products they sell that are well known in Australia caught my eye.

I like brand Allpress, but I cannot say that the coffee which they make was really good. Latte was without vanilla shot and flat white was too foamy. And the customer service was not really good, I asked for two coffees and I paid for one coffee and then I had to order again. What is amazing that you have written on cups what type of coffee you have and the coffee shop is cosy and stylish inside. But when you prefer flat white or coffee which you ordered, you should try other coffee shop.
