I had humus and mincemeat to start. Very average and extremely overpriced at £22. I then has the beef asado at £40. The barbecue sauce was also very average and the meat was on the goulashy.side. Potatoes weren’t good. My wife had the “Surprise steak” which was ok but overpriced at £49. Asked for a gin and tonic but they only had Gordon’s Gin and no tonic. Wine prices were reasonable but I didn’t recognise any names of wines I know to be good. 15% service charge was too much compared to the normal 12.5% charged in NW London. The background music was unpleasant Carol music which didn’t help the atmosphere. I hear the mixed grill at £187 is very good and plentiful and would be good value and sufficient for six people but they might not agree to serve more than four people with their ‘each person must have a main...

Nice but not sure if I would return.

Came here for a special occasion birthday on a Tuesday evening. Was very empty but waiter was very nice and helpful.

Only 1 white wine on the menu which was unavailable so got red, nice bottle still.

Food overall was nice but nothing worth the price we paid. The rigatoni was with penne? The short rib was cooked nice but ruined by the ketchup tasting sauce. Lamb was over cooked. Steak was probably best thing.

Dessert was let down. Crème brullee no flavour and the "soufflé" was a half baked fondant.

Overall OK food but extremely expensive considering the location.

Also, we had called before to arrange a birthday plate and was told 100% it would happen with a sparkler. It never happened and when we asked later about it we were told "I forgot". Only 2 tables in the...

We want to this restaurant because it was the only thing open late by the area, is Jewish own and truthfully the ambiance was really nice and the service was extremely awesome, the food did take an 1:30 min to get to us but they did apologize and gave us complimentary drinks, is a little expensive but the food was not bad we got the meats to share which is a platter with all types of meat (chicken, sausages, steak etc) and onion rings, some of it tasted good and some other meat tasted burned a little which wasn’t horrible either, the desert was great! Really recommend and the sour whiskey was also...

We went to Asado on Wednesday evening, food was unbelievable, huge menu to chose from, each item received was delicious, Lipa served us with a smile and suggested best items on the menu, We are very much looking forward to returning to the restaurant soon best meal we have had in London for a long time, Moist tender cuts of meat severed with hand cooked chips… Warm Gooey Bapka with ice cream with Halva shavings…. Home made fruit sorbet and so much more.. Keep up the high quality and standards. Definitely worth going to Stamford Hill to eat in one of Londons finest restaurants. 10/10
