First of all I have to say that few words can’t express enough to give out deserving review about Bamboo lounge. Cause for the following reasons Bamboo lounge is a place important to my heart because following reasons and facts. First in London and in the whole of UK there no other shishia, restaurant and live music Entertainment venue exist except “Bamboo lounge”. Second bamboo it’s the only place that you will feel safe and secure and whether you are with your family or with your loved ones or as a couple from the management and the owner of Bamboo to the Waitrose and security they will make sure to ensure you and your loved ones that that your safety and privacy is appalled to the most respectful way. Not like other places that you will be getting interference from the strangers that doesn’t happen in Bamboo because the owner himself imposed rules to remove anyone who is acting dodgy or troubling his customers.
Third, There is no other place you can compare to Bamboo lounge were you go and experience the real historical, unique arab live music and entertainment. Also, I personally have been going Bamboo lounge for years and since then I have been enjoying having a great joyful moments every single time I go bamboo because I call bamboo my second house of joy for the following reasons I thought that safety and the family orientated security that Bamboo gives you I associate Bamboo with happiness whenever I am down or after a long day at work or studying every single day I will around 7 pm are used to call and all my friends know that basically calling Bamboo time meaning after headache and hectic day you can’t be assured when you going to Bamboo and order a their lush blueberry /raspberry ice by shisha or apple and me rest of there lush shishia at Bamboo.
The great stuff will issue you have a great time and forget all about your problems for the few hours you are there. I recommend you to go to bamboo and experience that if you haven’t been to Bamboo. I hope you to go on experience bamboo like me. Because there is no other place in London like bamboo you can have 7 days life music, Friday night and the Weeknd vibes are lit. Saturday night there is a great Dj from8 to 12 mid night and two outstanding singers till 3 am who make sure then you definitely experience the real Bamboo vibes of Iraqi/Arabic,/English/latino.
It’s doesn’t matter where are you from still be always welcome with a smile at Bamboo and have a fun and enjoy your time and your friends and family and loved ones.
Bamboo lounge it’s the only place that unites all the divided Arabs community in the uk and around the world.
We might not be United in our opinions and believe but for we are all unite as always is being Bamboo lounge dancing and listening and embracing each other’s culture and music.
4: There’s no other place who can’t offer or do a great party or celebration rather than Bamboo, personal I have done two of my birthdays at Bamboo people talk about it because of the love and tip class service from the amazing stuff and management.
5: And also Bamboo the offer and great food for writers of cultural Arab Couzines and they have great shares and the test of the food, drinks are testy delicious, amazing.
Last but not least the staff members from the will Make sure that they do provide you with the top service and also, They are well mannered and then they will treat you with respect and make sure you had a great time.
To me this why Bamboo has been successful business running for six years and we recently celebrated with them the sixth birthday party of consistent success and inshallah many more successful Bamboo and the best is yet to come.
Special thanks and congratulations to the owner of Bamboo lounge Hassan....
Read moreWent on a Saturday, got told Theres a minimum £15 spend per head, not a problem (there was 6 of us). Ordered our shishas, they came out with no coal, again not a problem. The issues started arising from here. There were like 10 pieces of coal put onto a single shisha - forming a mountain, and when I mentioned what he was doing - he said it was double foiled.
Firstly, I work at a shisha lounge, and have been doing for the last 6 years - it was not double foiled (they charge extra, so it clearly wasn't as we noticed after) and only four pieces are needed.
Secondly, when I asked another member of staff to remove the extra coal, he walked off. Asked someone else and they did the same. It came to a stage where the next person I seen, I said it to him directly, if he could remove the extra pieces as this is the third person I've asked and no-one did anything. 5 mins later Someone came around and took ONE piece of coal off. Bear in mind at the start, they did not start any of the 3 shishas we ordered, and when we asked them to they walked off.
I then took it upon myself, disgraced by the service to remove the coals by lifting the tray by the head, getting a spare key I had and knocking it off onto the tray.
Thirdly, the shishas sucked. There was no flavour in them And harshness - you should really think before putting a mountain of coal on each shisha.. I'm talking from experience.
Fourthly, having been annoyed with everything else - we went to pay. The bold dude at the counter with a beard added on a service charge onto the bill. When I told him I didn't want to pay that, he got aggressive. I stuck it on him, your service was a shamble, your staff had no idea what they were doing, and the shishas were poor - extremely poor.
He then mentioned how they had to bring an extra sofa (2 people fit on it) to make our table. This was not told to us at the start and again I pointed this out. Having known he was in the wrong, the service charge was removed.
Having travelled from Birmingham, I expected a decent night out in London, as I've had previously in The Banc.
Afraid to say, I don't know how they are operating and I alongside others will NEVER be coming back. You would think if you operate a £15 charge per person, your service should be good.
Highly recommended to Avoid! I'm not one to post reviews, but this was terrible - by far the worst shisha/service I've had in over 10 years of coming to...
Read moreThis was the absolute worst shisha and live music experience I've ever had! Now I see why this place has such a terrible reputation among shisha spots in London. We had a reservation for a work celebration for 14 people, made two days in advance with a gentleman called Jasim, but when we arrived, the table was already given away by Jasim and the owner, who both seemed more interested in acting like security than anything else. We were then allocated to a table where all 14 of us were cramped up together.
The live music was exclusively Iraqi, and they only included a small number of Arab patrons in the dancing, clearly ignoring others. The service was appalling—even though it wasn’t busy, the staff consistently neglected our table, seemingly to ensure we were charged the £35 minimum spend without hitting it.
The shisha was awful, tasting burnt and lacking any real flavour, and they didn’t even check in on us once. The drinks tasted cheap, like something you’d buy from a corner store, and were far from the fresh options advertised on the menu.
To make matters worse, the owner hires women to draw in men to the centre tables near the dance floor, but they weren’t even appealing by any standard. The dancing looked forced and awkward from both genders. The singer had an awful singing voice, followed by an outfit that made him look like a villain straight out of an Avengers movie.
We ended up with a bill of £250 for six shishas (as there was no space anywhere to have more), some drinks, and fruit bowls, only to be hit with an outrageous £490 charge for not hitting the £35 pp minimum spend. No alcohol is served however pimping out women is permissible by the owners standard…?
Overall, this place is a disaster, and the owner is a disgrace to the Iraqi community. I strongly advise avoiding it—there are plenty of other venues that, even at their worst, would be a far better choice. Save yourself the...
