Big Boyz — Restaurant in London

Food is ok but service is very poor. I don't recommend big boyz cann hall road for any one.

Previous staff or owner was good. They did very well service. They was professional, Big boyz new staff are not professional.

Staff they do not understand English also. Specially fatty men.

When you order 7"-9" pizza they don't provide you garlic sauce. They will say out off stock or they will charge you 50p each garlic sauce. When you order pizza over the phone, always they make mistakes on topping.

I was ordered 3 pizza and 3 box chicken and chips over the phone, I told them one pizza make sure no chilli, but they added paper. When I complained over the phone they said bring it back will give you another one. Truth is on that time my other food is getting cold.

Very important mistake is delay. When you order pizza over the phone, they will say "come in 15 minutes" when you arrived for collection, then you can see that, they didn't put your pizza in oven. That's mean waste of time. Always they make same mistake. I think they don't trust customers who ordered food over the phone.

I don't recommend big boyz cann hall road for any one who ordered food over the phone. Better to order food Leytonstone high road over the phone, you can collect the food in minute.

On the menu they have grill chicken, chicken Donner, lamb Donner. Truth is they don't have Donner. They don't sale fresh chicken Donner or lamb Donner. They are selling, already cooked frozen Donner, If they are selling freshly made Donner, then why not it's front. Before you order think...

These guys know what they're doing. We grabbed one of their meal boxes last night and couldn't believe how good everything was for the price. Cheeto chicken sandwich: super tasty. Fried chicken: nicely seasoned and crispy. Mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers: perfect, like some kind of Platonic deep-fried ideal. Great vibe -- the friendly dudes behind the counter seemed excited to be launching.

It's nice that they have a few more vegetarian options than the average chicken shop. More of that would broaden the appeal in this neighbourhood.

If I could make one suggestion, it'd be to upgrade the buns. Everything inside them is exceptionally tasty, and the buns are just standard for this kind of food.
