LDF CHICKEN — Restaurant in London

I ordered 10 Grilled BBQ wings from this restaurant. Firstly I received the order 10 mins late. Secondly I received the wrong order. In the description it clearly said “ Grilled BBQ wings” I was sent 10 fried wings. This is not my order. I specifically ordered grilled BBQ wings. I am a bariatric surgery patient I cannot consume fried food. When I called the restaurant back the worker there was extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up on me and said “this is what customers like this is what we have” I said to the worker name Atif that this the wrong description then you need to have the right description of food. He was extremely rude and actually told me to eat what I have and hung up on my 3 times. I am extremely disappointed with the food I received. They sent me burnt fried wings with no taste of BBQ. I would never order from this restaurant again!!! Once again worker named Atif does not deserve to be in the customer...

This chicken shop is a disgrace. I have lived in this area for over 4yrs now and have been here several times to have my order turned down due to laziness of all staff. I have asked several times for a simple cheese burger and I am always told they have finished I wouldn't recommend to anybody....flavourite chicken shop is 2 min walk from here and they are the best I've ever come across clean...

I really like this chicken shop. They do a banging bbq chicken fillet and if you ask they put a couple of onion rings in it off menu style.

Chips are on point too. Get an orange miranda and you're laughing.
