Came in with my partner as she was offered a coffee and pastry on the house after an experience here with staff not washing hands after petting a dog. Upon arrival the manager seemed very hostile and questioned my partner on the incident, which felt like an interrogation. He then basically accused her of lying about the incident and was very rude and passive aggressive.
We decided to leave without accepting the free coffee (no pastry offered). Would never come back here or recommend it to anyone - staff so rude.
