The gentlemen who served myself and my partner was very kind and made sure to get our orders correct. We were invited to take a seat inside while our orders are made. The waffles are great, and the perfect amount of messy. Not a critique but if you come with multiple people they can only process orders one at a time so you won't be eating together, as if you wait for your friend or partner to get theirs your own ice cream will melt. This is the nature of the food though, and it makes sure the waffles are all fresh so it's no fault of the shop. What a wonderful find in Putney the smell of the waffles are absolutely delightful and I could smell it all the way by the church by Gwendolen Road which prompted me and my daughter to find this shop selling the most outrageous chocolate delights on an egg waffle with Nutella and all things chocolate.
