Burger King Heston West — Restaurant in London

So I bought a large diet coke . . . . twice as I spilled my first one so I went back.

1st time took forever as the person out front called Hannah, just had to deal with each person in turn. Take the order then wait however long for the food to arrive to give to that person before even taking the next order. You do realise you can take an order, then take the next one WHILE you wait so there's several orders being seen to at once and you're not standing around doing nothing. Then someone like me just wanting a diet coke, can be sorted and done in half a minute flat and the other customers aren't affected.

2nd time there was no queue, shoulda been all done and sorted in 90 seconds at most. However Hannah again, just had to finish cleaning and clearing the tables first. Even if I'd ordered food, she could've used that precious waiting time to finish the job. But no, had to wait before giving my order then had to wait AGAIN as she went back to talk to people in the kitchen before simply pouring a drink. It's a machine, it's automatic. Just get a cup, press a button, go talk to whoever about whatever then it's done by the time...

I stopped at the Burger King at Heston services for lunch and ordered the Bacon Double cheeseburger XL meal. A mixed bag really. There was a large queue for the ordering machines as only two were working. Eventually I just paid at the counter because I didn’t have too long. The seating area was quite dirty, the tables hadn’t been cleaned for a while and there are water stains on the walls. I don’t think this is Burger Kings fault though, I think the dining area is owned by the Heston Motorway Services so they should do a better job keeping it tidy. To be fair, I was at this service station last week and it was a lot tidier. My food was prepared fresh and promptly. The food server was very polite and friendly and the food itself was very good. Fries were hot and cooked well, the burger was juicy and succulent. Excellent food. I have to say I took my food out and ate in my car in the end, the dining area was off putting. If you are grabbing a quick burger and eating in your car, I would recommend this Burger...

Received poor service at this restaurant. They had no hot drinks accept tea, and plain coffee, and no fizzy drinks. I was surprised as, it was so early in the morning 10am, not to have certain things available. I asked for an alternative or discount as I did not want any drinks they had to offer. I was told by the manager himself Milsin 'that if I am not happy there are other shops'. My friend really wanted a burger so we continued to buy our food. We were very disappointed with the service, there were no trays for customers who were eating in, lack of drinks and the customer service we received from the manager...
