Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

If I have read the name correctly- Citha!!! Please coach her before it’s too late for Costa!!! I recently visited Costa Coffee and was shocked by the rude customer service I received. From the moment I approached the counter, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. The barista barely acknowledged me.

When I placed my order, the staff member acted impatient, rushing me and showing clear frustration. There was no sense of professionalism or courtesy, just an attitude that made me feel unwelcome.

This experience left a bad taste, not just from the poor service, but from the lack of basic respect. It’s disappointing to see this kind of treatment at Costa, a place I’ve always associated with friendly service. Unfortunately, this encounter has really made me reconsider visiting again.

The staff is not trained on TGTG. I had to tell them how it worked before. This time the employee told me he has nothing to give as there was nothing left today. The shelves was full of items and it took me 10 minutes to get him to cancel the order on his end after refusing to fulfil it as he was saying I need to cancel it (which I could not).
