Writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your restaurant. The conditions and service I experienced were appalling and unacceptable for any dining establishment.
The restaurant was filthy, with rubbish scattered everywhere. I witnessed staff members cleaning their noses in the kitchen and failing to wash their hands afterward. When I requested sanitizer to clean the table for my newborn, I was informed that the restaurant had run out. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the utensils and food preparation areas.
There were mice and flies visible throughout the dining area. This level of infestation is not only unhygienic but also poses a health risk.
The staff were incredibly rude and inattentive, ignoring customers and conversing in their own language. They displayed a blatant disregard for customer service and the overall dining experience.
The entire environment was uninviting and unsanitary, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. The behavior and hygiene practices of the staff were unacceptable and concerning. I will be escalating this matter to the UK Environmental Health Office and pursuing further action with the local council to ensure that the necessary inspections are conducted. The current state of your restaurant is a severe health hazard and should not be serving customers until these issues are addressed.
I will also be sharing my experience on various platforms to warn other potential customers about the conditions at your establishment.

Read moreMy drive thru experience, first off it is really unclear as to where you place your order, I was next to a menu and then heard a voice coming from it. I had to shout my order because the person couldn't hear me, useful. I ordered my meal and was not asked what drink I wanted, so I had to make sure to let them know what drink I wanted prior to moving to the next window. The lady at the counter didn't greet me with a hello or even a smile, she gave me a scrunched up bag with my food in and my drink after I had paid. I then proceeded to ask for sauces and was told '30p' 30p for one tiny sauce pot?? This should come as a complementary part of the meal no? Like every other fast food chain, you ask for sauce and you're given sauce in abundance! I was charged an extra 60p for sauce, of which I handed over the exact change and was left waiting whilst it was counted. I mean come on, just give me the sauce and let me be on my way. The ladies long nails had broken through the gloves, I'm hoping she just stayed on tills and wasn't actually handling food because that was hugely unhygienic. Anyway I take my food and park up as was waiting for my son to finish at his party. I open the bag to see no straw, which I'm guessing is to go with the drink that I nearly didn't get but had to remind them was part of my meal, no bother I'll drink it from the cup. I go to take out my burger and it's stone cold... so disappointing, when I'm spending £10+ of MY well earned money I would expect some level of standards but this place has none....
Read moreThis store is an absolute shambles when it comes to customer service, after seeing staff be rude to multiple customers (not looking at them when speaking, horrendous tone of voice and just a general lack of manners and basic communication skills I decided to mention it to a member of staff. I went to the till to ask for a bag for left over food, the person asked if I had ordered at the kiosk, I said no before I could ask he said you need to order at the kiosk and started talking to the Uber eats delivery driver. I waited for him to finish and before I could speak he again tried to direct me to the till, I told him if he had some patience then I would have just asked for a bag. He very sarcastically said sorry what can I get you before handing me a bag. I very calmly and politely told him that customer service at the store was unacceptable and that it needs to be improved to which he responded “no we’re too busy” and showed me the drive thru screen multiple customers laughed and shook their head and I did the same because it was a ridiculous answer. Plus the fact that they will not take orders from the till even if someone is struggling to use the machine.
