How is this place still open??? I worked across the road when this place opened and every friday/saturday night is was heaving with people so, naturally I expected it to be pretty busy when I went there today. To my surprise, there was hardly anyone in there. I ordered as soon as I got there which was just a milkshake and a waffle to take away. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order which doesn't seem too bad in comparison to some of these reviews. Throughout my waiting time, I listened to every member of staff in there complain about how much they hated their job, point blank refuse to stay any longer than they needed to, along with a debate on who was working what hours the next day. One of the members of staff even said before she left that she's coming in an hour later than she was supposed to thus, creating a whole new debate/argument about her. I know what it's like to be in the retail food sector and sometimes it can be tough but never would I even think to have this type of conversation in front of customers. DON'T even get me started on the lack of COVID PPE and just overall cleanliness. I witnessed one of the members of staff, use the cloth used to wipe the sides down on a plate that they then served to a customer who was eating in. Another member of staff started making the food with no gloves on, picked up something that was hot and pretty much threw it on top of this person's waffle. There was a girl who didn't have a clue what she was doing when it came to organising deliveries for just eat/deliveroo who looked confused the whole time and was just rude. With that being said, the waffle (when I finally got it!) was actually pretty good. Something definitely needs to be done about the staff though... shambolic is an...
Read moreWas refused service even though I wasn’t eating in because I don’t have the track and trace app. My phone is not compatible with the app but was still refused service even though I had no intention of staying there. Poor service. The person in front of me was also turned away which upset his children as he was told in a very rude manner by the staff that they would not served.
13/10/20 And just to update I have had 1 email from Creams management about this issue after I replied to their comment on here to the email address provided. After I pointed out that it is the law to retain a customers contact information not to demand they download track and trace so all they have to do is take customers phone numbers. I have been ignored by them. Even in their initial reply to me they have stated that they follow government guidelines. I pointed out that a guideline isn’t a law. Since that email I have been completely ignored by them. Simply because they have been proven to be giving out misleading information about track and trace. Like a child they have thrown their toys out of the pram and are playing the lets blank the customer and they’ll go away game. Just goes to show you what sort of company they are and how they are not interested in the facts or customer service. I would say avoid at all costs. If I could give less than 1 star I would. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed to be associated with such poor...
Read moreI am dissatisfied with the service I recently received from one of your employees. Unfortunately, my experience was far from professional, and I believe it highlights a need for additional training in workplace responsibilities and customer service etiquette.
The employee in question appeared to lack an understanding of their role and the expectations of their position. Their behavior was unprofessional and did not align with the level of service I expect from your company. All staff members must be adequately trained to handle their responsibilities, mainly when dealing with customer needs and workplace etiquette.
I strongly urge your company to implement proper training programs that emphasise professional conduct, workplace respect, and the importance of customer service. Every employee should know their role is to serve customers professionally and respectfully, ensuring a positive experience. You got a young black boy who has nothing to do with work, he's still too childish, and he must get maturity first, then the job, the experience I handled it without him clearly, he needs a disdain at the workplace, other than cleaning the milk of his mum, which looks like he still has it.
I hope you take this matter seriously and address these concerns within your team, if you don't mind. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be handled.
Thank you for your time and attention to...
