Went on a quiet Friday evening while my teenager was bowling next door. It was fairly quiet, plenty of seating. Lots of staff, mostly chatting amongst themselves but were generally friendly enough. They didn’t have enough ingredients for the special being promoted at every table which was a disappointment. Door was open so restaurant was cold and there was something missing in terms of vibe too. But it was an okay spot to quietly pass time without disturbance and I enjoyed my waffle. As an allergy sufferer, I appreciated that there was access to allergen info but would have appreciated the staff checking for allergies before asking for my order. Rather, You have to scan a code at the table which is generally after you ordered.

Very unprofessional! Ice creams were covered with cling films and looked like they were thrown in the bag. By the time it arrived it was all melted. When I called up to complain Dan the team leader said all he can say it was a hot day he has a job to do!! He then offered to give me his personal email address again very unprofessional so I can send him the pictures and they will learn from their mistakes! What a joke! If selling desert and ice cream is your business you should know how package them properly. If you don’t have proper packaging then just don’t do deliveries! I ordered ice cream to eat not to drink!! I would give a zero star if I could.

Was surprised to see all the negative reviews. Perhaps we were just lucky, but our experience was pretty good. We tried the waffles which were huge and very tasty. I had the millionaires waffle with caramel and chocolate sauce, my son tried the strawberry beuno one. The amount of ice cream was a little on the small side relative to the size of the waffle, but otherwise all good. We did notice a big queue building up when we left, but that's probably on account of only having one till open right by the entrance. That said, you can just go to a table and order via the app which is what we'll do next time

How is this place still open??? I worked across the road when this place opened and every friday/saturday night is was heaving with people so, naturally I expected it to be pretty busy when I went there today. To my surprise, there was hardly anyone in there. I ordered as soon as I got there which was just a milkshake and a waffle to take away. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order which doesn't seem too bad in comparison to some of these reviews. Throughout my waiting time, I listened to every member of staff in there complain about how much they hated their job, point blank refuse to stay any longer than they needed to, along with a debate on who was working what hours the next day. One of the members of staff even said before she left that she's coming in an hour later than she was supposed to thus, creating a whole new debate/argument about her. I know what it's like to be in the retail food sector and sometimes it can be tough but never would I even think to have this type of conversation in front of customers. DON'T even get me started on the lack of COVID PPE and just overall cleanliness. I witnessed one of the members of staff, use the cloth used to wipe the sides down on a plate that they then served to a customer who was eating in. Another member of staff started making the food with no gloves on, picked up something that was hot and pretty much threw it on top of this person's waffle. There was a girl who didn't have a clue what she was doing when it came to organising deliveries for just eat/deliveroo who looked confused the whole time and was just rude. With that being said, the waffle (when I finally got it!) was actually pretty good. Something definitely needs to be done about the staff though... shambolic is an...

Was refused service even though I wasn’t eating in because I don’t have the track and trace app. My phone is not compatible with the app but was still refused service even though I had no intention of staying there. Poor service. The person in front of me was also turned away which upset his children as he was told in a very rude manner by the staff that they would not served.

13/10/20 And just to update I have had 1 email from Creams management about this issue after I replied to their comment on here to the email address provided. After I pointed out that it is the law to retain a customers contact information not to demand they download track and trace so all they have to do is take customers phone numbers. I have been ignored by them. Even in their initial reply to me they have stated that they follow government guidelines. I pointed out that a guideline isn’t a law. Since that email I have been completely ignored by them. Simply because they have been proven to be giving out misleading information about track and trace. Like a child they have thrown their toys out of the pram and are playing the lets blank the customer and they’ll go away game. Just goes to show you what sort of company they are and how they are not interested in the facts or customer service. I would say avoid at all costs. If I could give less than 1 star I would. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed to be associated with such poor...

I am dissatisfied with the service I recently received from one of your employees. Unfortunately, my experience was far from professional, and I believe it highlights a need for additional training in workplace responsibilities and customer service etiquette.

The employee in question appeared to lack an understanding of their role and the expectations of their position. Their behavior was unprofessional and did not align with the level of service I expect from your company. All staff members must be adequately trained to handle their responsibilities, mainly when dealing with customer needs and workplace etiquette.

I strongly urge your company to implement proper training programs that emphasise professional conduct, workplace respect, and the importance of customer service. Every employee should know their role is to serve customers professionally and respectfully, ensuring a positive experience. You got a young black boy who has nothing to do with work, he's still too childish, and he must get maturity first, then the job, the experience I handled it without him clearly, he needs a disdain at the workplace, other than cleaning the milk of his mum, which looks like he still has it.

I hope you take this matter seriously and address these concerns within your team, if you don't mind. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be handled.

Thank you for your time and attention to...
