THe background music is too loud forcing customers to talk louder to be heard and with noisy children it's not an enjoyable experience. It's difficult for anyone with a hearing impediment of any sort, which includes an awfully lot of the older generation, to hear what anyone Is saying. If the music was soothingly quiet customers would be able to talk at a much lower level. A survey and a questionnaire might be an idea. Up town and some other areas are full of young people who don't mind the noise but chingford in particular is an older generation area. A lot of my friends avoid the noisy cafes and restaurants because of the noisy environment, and frequent the less noisy establishments But other than that the staff are always pleasant and very polite and these comments are no way any...

Monica the manager is just brilliant, a wonderful lady who is polite, respectful and a lot of fun. She always has a big smile on her face and calls me by my name which is really nice. I have been going to this shop everyday for more years than I can remember and seeing Monica really does make my day - Awesome job Monica.
