Do not order from here unless you go to shop order messed up took over an hour to get to me was cold then got told next time you order you get free meal but have to spend a 10ner (even though not my fault) the staff are rude when you tell them anything don't take responsibility and try to charge you for the faults the food is nice but they can't deliver good service I complained that this was 2nd time they messed up and where was the free meal the manager offered me again today he said you have to pay 2 pound extra then he had the cheek to say take the food back and cut the phone off my family are all hard working people and we are not low rent I find it very condescending that the staff offer an incentive and act like they don't know what you're talking about when you call to take up the offer Very...

I was very pleased with my service on the 30/12/23 from the nice lady who has black hair and one tall man as well. They served me fast, they were very friendly and polite. Both was following good food hygiene. They made sure my order was done as I like it and always smiling and asked me how was my day today. Customer service in the shop is brilliant, the lady with black hair is very hard working and serving me always fast. We are visiting the shop regularly with my family and kids and we all love it. I will definitely recommend the shop to my friends and family as well. I hope this people can be reworded in some way as they are very hard working...

I have been coming to this shop since they opened I have spent thousands of pounds here and recommended it to all of my friends and family. They have now become the most unprofessional and least reliable chicken shop in chingford. 1 hour and 10 minutes after I placed my order they have told me that they are going to make it fresh and send it to me. Bear in mind I have called 3 times in between and everytime the lady told me that the driver is on the way.
